No Return & No Refund Policy

All orders are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed.

This is because most of our items are:

  • Time-sensitive (flowers, cakes, surprise setups)

  • Personalized or customized

  • Prepared specifically for each order

Order Accuracy

We kindly ask customers to double-check all order details (recipient name, phone number, address, message, and delivery time) before confirming.

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Recipient not answering calls or being unavailable

  • Last-minute changes after dispatch

Delivery Commitment

We always aim to deliver on time and as promised. However:

  • Delivery times are estimates, especially during high-demand periods

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may occur

We will always communicate and do our best to ensure a successful delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction matters to us.

If an item is delivered damaged, incorrect, or missing, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 12 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • Store credit for future use

Surprise Deliveries

For surprise gifts:

  • Please ensure the recipient will be available at the scheduled time.

  • If the recipient is unreachable, our team will coordinate with you for the next step; additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Gifts

All gift orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are prepared specifically for each occasion.
